Dennis Frazier: a lifetime of service
The Past
- Born and raised in the great city of Alexandria, Louisiana, my life has been shaped by service and community. I am a proud graduate of Peabody Magnet High School (Class of 1988), and Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge (Class of 1994, B.S. Accounting).
- While attending Southern University, I served during Operation Desert Storm as a member of the U.S. Army National Guard.
- Over the past 25 years, I have served in numerous leadership positions in the SUAF-Houston Chapter, including Immediate Past President, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Membership, and Treasurer.
The Present
- As Sergeant-at-Arms of the SUAF, I ensure secure and orderly operation of the Federation by enforcing bylaws and meeting protocol.
- I have been married for 17 years to a Southern University alumnus. We are committed to family, service, and tradition.
- I am an active member of The Fort Bend Church, where I previously served as the lead of the accounting team.
- I am a Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
The Future
- By executing my three-point platform, I aim to increase chapter participation nationwide.
- I look forward to working with all Jaguars to build a stronger future for our alumni and university.
